Refund policy

1. Return and Refund

Before you return your product, please consider these limitations which come with the beauty of handcrafted products.

Each of our products is handcrafted by various artisans and thus no two pieces of the same product would be the same. Any variation in size, colour and form is part of the handicraft process. In the case of wooden products, the marks/blemishes are part of the property of the wood.

  1. After considering the above factors, if you still did not like the product, please write to us at connect@totemstudio.in within 72 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a free return pick-up. We will not accept return/refund requests after the mentioned time period. 

We will process the refund after we receive the item back. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the product at our end. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return the product in the same packaging that you received it in.

  1. In case you receive a damaged product, please write to us along with pictures of the product on connect@totemstudio.in within 72 hours of receiving the order. We will not accept return/refund/replacement requests after the mentioned time period.  

If you choose to get a replacement, we will pick up and replace the product free of cost.

If you choose to get a refund, we will process the refund after we receive the item back. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the product at our end. 2. Cancellations

In case you want to cancel an order, please write to us at connect@totemstudio.in within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not accept cancellation requests after 24 hours of order placement.

Totem Design Studio LLP reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. In such a case, we will notify you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment made by you.

3.Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
In case the delivery is late due to any unforeseen reason, we will notify you via email or call.
