Shipping policy

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Kindly provide a complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number to help us ship your order on time. We work with small-scale craft-based production units with limited production capacity. Kindly allow 10-15 working days for your order to reach you.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our office within 5 working days.

In case of any out of stock items which you would like to buy, please write to us. It could take 15-30 days for the out of stock item to be dispatched.

In case of any stock discrepancy, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the items or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

For the customised items, after finalisation of the customised design on your end, we will ship them within 20 days after payment is processed.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

3. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
