Hello, We are Budbud Buddies. 

We know, achieving work/life balance is difficult. Look at us, our life hans by a thread. And work, well, that`s left for the surrounding forces to work out. 

We are fishes that can fly, or rather swim in the air. We let the surrounding forces - gentle breeze, a push - determine our next stop. More often we never stop. We keep on rotating and that`s how we achieve balance. No wonder tha machine we hang on to is often called 'Useless Machine' - a term coined by an artist, designer and inventor, Bruno Munari. Also called as a self-balancing kinetic mobil. We know useless machine is better. 

Some lovely ladies, whom we call genies, made us by rolling paper with their hands and coated us with non-toxic layer to protect us from dust and moisture. Humans call that skin care.

Note

The Useless machine is balanced with the help of additional small coral like parts that may vary depending on how much balancing we require.

We use very specific paper to create these beauties. We do not use regular quilling strips. The colours might vary a bit as per the natural variation in paper. The size and form might vary a bit as these are handmade by different artisans. These minor differences make the product so alive and joyful.

Paper (Finished with non-toxic paper varnish), Cotton threads, Wooden sticks

Care

We live more than the earth fishes, but do take a good care of us. Unlike earth fishes, we do not like water. Keep us away from water. Immediately wipe out any water spill. Clean us with soft cotton cloth. In case of hard stain, wipe us with a damp soft cloth and immediately wipe with a dry cotton cloth. Keep us away from excessive heat. Do not scratch our surface and do not put pressure on our body.
