Hi, I'm Garbi – a versatile and vibrant kitchen utensil designed to add a touch of fun and culture to your culinary adventures. My primary role is to transform your leftover rotis into crispy, delicious Khakhras, but my talents don't stop there. I can also effortlessly mash or crush boiled potatoes, peas, and more. I do all this while spinning gracefully like doing Garba.
Inspired by a Garba-loving Gujju girl, my anthropomorphic form brings a burst of color and joy to your kitchen. My ergonomic design ensures that using me reduces stress on your hand, making your cooking experience both enjoyable and efficient. When not in use, I double as a piece of decor or a fun plaything for your kids.

Use Guidelines
For Making Khakhra - Place roti/paratha on a heated tawa. Keep the flame on. With the help of Garbi, start pressing and rotating the roti/paratha. Keep on flipping the side of roti/paratha frequently. When it turns slightly brown and becomes firm, take it off. Wait till it cools down a bit. Check the crispiness. Sprinkle some Chat Masala.
Garbi can also be used to mash any soft/boiled vegetables as well.

Keep the product away from direct sunlight and water.
Clean it with a lightly damp soft cotton cloth and wipe immediately with a dry
cloth.
Avoid falling the product on a hard surface.
Apply coconut oil or mustard oil on the base every two months for protection.
